The 2000 kg Plough Shear Mixer is a heavy-duty industrial mixer designed to deliver high-shear, uniform mixing of dry powders, wet pastes, granules, or slurries. It features a horizontal cylindrical drum fitted with plough-shaped mixing elements on a centrally mounted shaft that lifts, throws, and folds the material in three dimensional motion. Optionally, high-speed chopper(s) can be integrated to break agglomerates or ensure finer dispersion when liquids are added. The mixer can be built in stainless steel or other alloys, with optional jackets for heating or cooling, vacuum or pressure capable seals, and hygienic design to suit food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or heavy industrial applications.
