500 Litre working capacity plough shear mixer built for the agrochemical industry.

Plough shape mixing elements are configured in such a manner that they will produce a three-dimensional whirling motion.

We have generated a 3D movement of the material, inside there's fluidization of the material, which takes place due to the high peripheral speeds of the plough.

The plough share mixer is provided with high-speed choppers.

The choppers rotate at 3000 revolutions per minute and disintegrate any lumps or agglomerates in the process material.

The plough share mixer is also provided with liquid injection spray nozzles, which are located right above the coppers.

The liquid can be sprayed through the nozzles so that the intense mixing can take place without the fear of any lumps or agglomerates being formed.

This 500-liter working capacity, 700-litre cross-capacity machine is powered by a 20-horsepower drive and the gearbox, coupling, and stuffing box assembly.

The charging of the material takes through the charging nozzles located at the top of the mixer.

For the discharge of the material, we have a pneumatically actuated knife gate valve.

Inspection windows are provided to monitor the mixing process.
