Want a toned upper body and strong defined abs but feeling a lil bit lazy today? I gotchu girly pop.
Follow along this circuit-style workout with me. We are hitting shoulders, chest, triceps, biceps, a little bit of back, and our abs in this home workout. AND WE WON'T LEAVE THE FLOOR.
All you will need is a pair of dumbells.
The workout:
Upper Body - 1 minute of work, 30 seconds of rest.
Chest Press
Chest Flys
Pull Overs
Push Ups
Hammer to Press
Repeat 3x
Abs - 1 minute of work, no rest
Hollow to reach
Toe reaches
Plank knee-ins
Bicycles
Repeat 2x
(optional finisher) Hanging leg raises 8-15 reps x3
