The Homewrecker achievement is unlocked by destroying the Planetary Fortress during the initial assault wave on Hard mode in the Old Soldiers mission.
In order to do this, use your first two waves of Zerglings and Banelings to clear out the enemy bases on the left side of the map. You will not completely clear out the base by the rich mineral field expansion if you want to kill off the Planetary Fortress in time.
Your first two waves should focus on clearing up to the Planetary Fortress. Your third reinforcement wave should just head right to the Planetary and ignore everything else. Just right click on it and you will destroy it with about 10 seconds left.
