Atta or whole wheat flour- 1 cup or 130g approx
Jaggery or gud- 90g
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Hot water- 1/2 cup + 4tbsp
Milk Powder- 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4tsp
Salt- 1/4tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Mixed seeds for garnishing
