Before you go to sleep tonight, take a deep breath and release every worry into God’s loving hands.
This night prayer before bed is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted from the weight of the day.
God never intended for you to carry your burdens alone.
When you surrender your worries to Him, He replaces anxiety with peace and fear with rest.
1 peter chapter 5 verse 7:
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
As you pray tonight:
✔ Heavy thoughts will be lifted
✔ Anxiety will lose its power
✔ Your heart will feel lighter
✔ God’s peace will settle over you
✔ Rest will come naturally
Tonight, let go of what you cannot control.
God is already working on what’s been troubling you.
Sleep knowing that while you rest, He is watching over you.
Declare tonight:
“Lord, I place all my worries in Your hands.”
