Before you drift off to sleep tonight, remember this powerful truth: God is still in control.
No matter what today looked like… no matter what tomorrow may bring… the One who holds the universe is holding you.
This night prayer is for anyone who needs reassurance, comfort, and deep, peaceful rest in God’s sovereign hands.
When life feels uncertain, God remains unshaken.
When your thoughts are restless, His promises remain steady.
You can sleep peacefully because He never sleeps.
psalm 121 verse 3 and 4:
“He will not let your foot slip—
He who watches over you will not slumber;
indeed, He who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.”
Tonight, as you pray:
✔ Anxiety will quiet down
✔ Control will be surrendered
✔ Peace will fill your room
✔ Faith will replace fear
✔ Your mind will rest in God’s promises
You don’t have to solve everything tonight.
You don’t have to carry tomorrow’s responsibilities into your sleep.
The Lord goes before you, stands beside you, and watches over you.
proverbs 3 verse 5 and 6:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.”
Let go.
Release the pressure.
Place every unanswered question into His hands.
Declare tonight:
“God, You are in control. I will rest in Your peace.”
