Why Your Leadership Strategy Should Address the Fears of our Time

Описание: Twenty years ago, who would have imagined the cultural, moral, economic, financial, demographic, and technology changes we’re experiencing? It’s unreal. We live in an Era of Exponential Progress, just think about the digital disruption alone. Cars drive themselves. Automated grocery stores where we can buy groceries without talking to anybody. Smart homes that give access and temperature and lighting to our homes, and thankfully automatic robots that clean our homes. For some, this is exciting, for others fearful. Either way, it’s stressful.

With all these changes, stress and fear is on a rampant level. Then we have the headlines that pop into our daily news feeds. Here’s some just this week. Mysterious hepatitis cases in children in 25 states. How to invest in a market crash. Fuel and food prices skyrocketing, inflation is increasing. Let’s be real. These headlines are stressful and fearful. Yet our great leaders say this: “Courage is contagious. When a brave man takes a stand the spine of others are often stiffened.” ~ Billy Graham.

So how do we stand? How do we courageously lead when everything seems to be spinning so rapidly? How do we stay rooted and grounded in a time of Exponential change?
