The day is finally here. 20 weeks of prep completed and now it's time to get on stage and put on display all of the hard work and sacrifice that we (and I say we because it took a village) put in.
This video takes you through every step of what goes on during show day from the time I wake up, to getting a tan (multiple times), hanging out back stage, adjusting my food, pumping up, and competing.
