Описание: Vertical One-and-Half-Syndrome is caused by lesions affecting the the rostral interstitial nucleus of the medial longitudinal fasciculus and posterior commissure bilaterally in addition to the supra nuclear fibers to the contralateral superior rectus subnucleus and ipsilateral inferior oblique subnucleus often in the context of thalamic and/or mesoencephalic strokes. It is characterized by bilateral limitation of downgaze (including oculocepalic relflex) and unilateral upgaze palsy.
