Tips:
1. 鱼身划刀和垫筷子,都是为了蒸汽能更好进入,鱼肉更易蒸熟。
2. 蒸鱼时间需依鱼大小调整。(视频中鱼约0.8kg)
3. 蒸鱼料汁可直接使用市售的蒸鱼豉油。
1. Cutting on fish and using chopsticks underneath the fish are both done to allow steam to penetrate better and to make the fish cook more easily.
2. The steaming time for the fish needs to be adjusted according to its size. (In the video, the fish was approximately 0.8kg.)
3. You can directly use store-bought steamed fish soy sauce for the sauce.
蒸鱼料汁/Steamed sauce:
蚝油/Oyster sauce : 15ml
糖/Sugar: 10g
生抽/Light soy sauce : 30ml
水/Water: 30ml
