I trained my neck for 80 days. Did my neck get bigger? Did I get stronger? Does my neck look any different? Here are the results after using an Iron Neck, a neck harness and a NecksLevel for my training. As part of my workouts for Creator Clash, I've added neck strength focus with isometric, flexion/extension, lateral flexion, compression/decompression and rotational movements. I didn't want to overdo it and strain or hurt my neck so I started with some rehab movements and focused on recovery and not going to failure. Studies have shown that the stronger your neck is, the lower the risk of getting a concussion.
