We’ll begin with a steady breath pattern, move through gentle openings, and then fold into shapes that support grounding, presence, and regulation.
Inside this flow:
• Inhale 4, exhale 4
• Seated side body stretch
• Thread-the-Needle
• Downward Dog
• Low lunge flow + gentle twist
• Chair pose on toes → Forward Fold → Rise
• Seated Forward Fold (with strap)
• Child’s Pose
• Closing + integration
