I will first guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR).

Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided through a simple exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).This astral projection guided meditation is set to the soothing sound of ocean waves.

HOW TO ASTRAL PROJECT Tonight: Easy Yoga Nidra Method

There are many astral travel exit techniques, the one we will explore in this meditation is aphantasia friendly. It is motion-based and does not rely on the any form of visualization. It incorporates the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd’s Transformational Sleep course.

My voice will fall away after about 28 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep… allow yourself to simply drift away to the soothing sound of ocean waves and see what happens.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.

This is astral travel meditation technique is most effective with headphones.
