This is a 30 minute workout targeting the arms, the chest and the shoulders using weights. Here I am using 2 sets of dumbbells (2kgs and 3kgs for your reference). This workout is intense with 14 different exercises performing 2 sets of each plus a finisher and the timer is on for 50 seconds resting 15 seconds in between.
