The Medicina Latina is an agave version of Sam Ross' Penicillin. The Penicillin pairs a blended Scotch whisky with a smoky Islay whisky whilst the Medicina Latina pairs a blanco tequila with smoky mezcal. 2 oz (60 ml) blanco tequila
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) lime juice
0.33 oz (10 ml) honey syrup
0.33 oz (10 ml) ginger syrup
1 barspoon of mezcal
