Описание: When smoky pork and fresh tuna meet in one unforgettable dish.

Sinuglaw brings together smoky grilled liempo and fresh tuna kinilaw in one iconic Visayan dish—perfect for gatherings, celebrations, or simple family sharing.

Ingredients

Set A – Grilled Liempo (Marinate)
½ Kg Liempo
2 Tbsp Fish sauce
¼ Cup Calamansi juice

Set B – Curing
1 Kg Tuna, cut into cubes, seasoned with salt

Set C – Kinilaw Sauce
¼ Cup Ginger, minced
½ Cup Onion, sliced
2 Pcs Red chili, chopped
1 Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 Tsp Maggi Magic Sarap
½ Tbsp Sugar
2 Cups Cucumber, cubed
½ Cup Coconut milk
½ Cup Onion leeks, chopped

Set D – Kilawin
½ Cup Onion, sliced
¼ Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp fFish sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
Half of the grilled pork, chopped

Set E – Garnish
Onion leeks
Calamansi
