Guys.. today I have an intense ab workout for you that you can do at home without any equipment. This 9 minute ab workout is designed as a circuit. There are 4 exercises, back to back without any rest then take a minute or two to rest. After you rest, you are going to start the circuit over again one more time. This is such an intense ab workout because it involves minimal rest, and that is going to keep your heart rate up for the whole workout. Let’s get started with the exercises in this 9 minute intense ab workout.
Exercise #1: RUSSIAN TWISTS for 20 reps
Exercise #2: LEG LIFTS for 20 reps
Exercise #3: PLANK WITH A TWIST for 10 reps on each side
Exercise #4: SCISSOR KICKS for 20 reps
If you are really fit and this is too easy for you, adjust this workout to your fitness level. I recommend doing 3 circuits instead of 2. This is such a great ab workout because it can only take 9 minutes and it is intense to help you get the results quicker. Not only are you going to be working your abs, but you are also going to be burning fat as well because you are keeping your heart rate and metabolism high. Focus on your form and doing the right exercises, and you will start to see results in no time. Just make sure to focus on your nutrition as well to reveal those abs.
