Is this the most OP seed?? You can get Legendary weapon instincts in the first 60 seconds!! As long as you have the Epic familiarity unlocked with your weapon, you are shade-less and you have the legendary tier perk from the Runic Gate, you should be able to sprint straight to this pillar and get the legendary instinct.
For the Axatana you get Guardbreaker and for the Hammer & Chisel you get Leeching Chisel, haven't checked the other weapons, if ya know, let us know in the comments ;)
