In this passionate talk, LaTanya White, an educator and advocate for entrepreneurs of color, doesn't think that oppression has to be the opposite of privilege. "It's an audacious thought- to think that empowering others can actually be on the other side of the coin when we talk about privilege," says White, "but it's been working for me in the classroom for the past five years." Professor LaTanya White is an entrepreneurship and innovation educator. She uses a "whole student" teaching approach that advocates that student- and learner-identities be seen and served in whole and not just in part.
