Simplifying stuff, getting out of debt, and minimalism has prepared me to be intentionally with my health this summer. I am simplifying my approach to exercise. My inner voice tends to dominate and tell me if I don't walk for 45 minutes then why bother. So my goal is 100 walks this summer. Want to walk with me?
