Starting my weight loss journey and documenting the realistic habits I am changing to finally see progress. In this weight loss vlog I share how I am approaching calorie tracking, increasing protein intake, building accountability and creating a sustainable routine that actually fits real life.
This is not an extreme diet or quick fix. I talk through the mistakes I have made in the past with weight loss, including quitting calorie counting too early, not eating enough protein and repeating the same habits while expecting different results. Instead I am focusing on small sustainable changes such as tracking calories properly, increasing protein, planning meals ahead when eating out and staying accountable by filming the process.
In this vlog I also share a realistic what I eat in a day, a morning swim workout, my approach to calories and protein targets, and the challenges of finding high protein foods when you cannot eat much dairy. If you are starting your own weight loss journey, trying to lose weight sustainably, or looking for realistic weight loss motivation, this series is for you.
