Two questions I hear all the time from strong, capable leaders:
👉 “How do I talk to my manager about value creation without getting myself in trouble?”

These aren’t time-management questions.
They’re leadership-level questions.
Most people don’t struggle because they aren’t working hard enough.
They struggle because they’re doing work that no longer matches the level they were hired for.
