Continuing on with our plethora (that's right plethora!) of Grilled Cheese sandwiches, today we bring you a delicious, savory Grilled cheese with BBQ Pulled Pork and two cheeses: sliced Muenster and shredded Gouda. A great choice for a Spring or Summer day, pair it with your favorite beer and enjoy!

FULL RECIPE

Ingredients

-Butter for frying

-Sourdough Loaf (cut into 1/2 inch slices)

-Gouda cheese (shredded)

-Muenster cheese (we used slices but shredded would work too)

-Pulled Pork ( here's our recipe, otherwise make up your favorite recipe or buy a good store bought pulled pork) -   • 45 Minute Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe! | P...  

Directions

1. Prep all the ingredients. Shred the Gouda and Slice the bread

2. Form Sandwich in this order: Bread, sliced Meunster, shredded Gouda, Pulled Pork, Sliced Meunster, Bread

3. Melt a couple tabs of butter in a medium sized pan on medium heat and place formed sandwich in pan to crisp up the bread. Cover to help cheese melt. Should be about 2 minutes a side depending on heat but feel free to check how it is coming along the way.

4. Once cheese is melted and both sides of sandwich are crisp take out of pan and put on cutting board

5. Slice sandwich in half and serve with your favorite ice cold beer. Enjoy!
