This has all been leading up to this moment- my opinion on whether or not there will be a crash in 2020.

I believe there will be three levels of pain when it comes to the fallout from recent events. With some sectors of real estate falling into the too early to tell camp. In today’s video, I am going to tell you which sectors of real estate belong in which and why? Most importantly, I am going to talk about which level of pain residential real estate falls into. If you haven’t had a chance to read the articles of this series or watch the other videos in this series; this is a great chance to catch up. Hopefully, these videos can provide you a clearer picture of this unclear time.

The worst hits are in the retail, restaurants, office space, and hotels/resorts. Retail especially since the way we shopped has moved to online. Where I don't think there will be a big crash is Residential real estate.
