Sirova čoko-naranča torta 🍫🍊
Na red je došao i voćno-čokoladni recept 😌
Ovaj desert spaja bogati okus tamne čokolade s osvježavajućom aromom naranče, savršen za ovo promjenjivo vrijeme kad se ne možemo odlučiti između nečeg laganog i bogatijeg
Jednostavna priprema i sastojci
•Bez glutena, laktoze i raf. šećera 🌿
SASTOJCI
•Podloga•
130 g zobenih pahuljica
90 g badema
2 žlice kakao praha
2 žlice meda
Sok 1 naranče
Samelji zobene pahuljice, bademe i kakao prah u multipraktiku dok ne dobiješ sitniju teksturu. Pretresi u veću zdjelu. Dodaj med i sok od naranče te dobro izmiješaj dok se svi sastojci ne sjedine u ljepljivu smjesu. Smjesu utisni u kalup 20cm promjera i stavi u hladnjak dok pripremaš kremu.
•Krema•
170 g indijskih oraščića (namočenih 30 minuta u vrućoj vodi)
1 konzerva kokosovog mlijeka (iskoristi samo gusti dio)
85 g tamne čokolade (85% kakaa)
2 žlice meda
Ocijedi i posuši indijske oraščiće i stavi ih u blender. Dodaj gusti dio kokosovog mlijeka, med. Izblendaj dok ne dobiješ glatku kremu, dodaj rastopljenu tamnu čokoladu i ponovo izblendaj. Zatim ravnomjerno rasporedi preko podloge. Vrati u hladnjak da se krema stisne.
•Preljev - žele•
Sok 2-3 naranče
2 žličice agar-agara
Ugrij sok od naranče na laganoj vatri, pa dodaj agar-agar. Kuhaj nekoliko minuta uz stalno miješanje, dok se agar-agar ne rastopi i sok ne počne lagano zgušnjavati. Ohladi kratko, a zatim preljev prelij preko torte. Tortu stavi u hladnjak da odstoji preko noći. Torta je spremna za posluživanje kad se svi slojevi stisnu i ukuse spoje. Simple preparation and ingredients
• Without gluten, lactose and raf. sugar 🌿
INGREDIENTS
•Substrate•
130 g of oatmeal
90 g of almonds
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 spoons of honey
Juice of 1 orange
Grind the oatmeal, almonds and cocoa powder in a multipurpose food processor until you get a finer texture. Stir into a larger bowl. Add honey and orange juice and mix well until all ingredients are combined into a sticky mixture. Press the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 20 cm and put it in the refrigerator while you prepare the cream.
•Cream•
170 g of cashew nuts (soaked in hot water for 30 minutes)
1 can of coconut milk (use only the thick part)
85 g of dark chocolate (85% cocoa)
2 spoons of honey
Drain and dry the cashews and put them in a blender. Add the thick part of coconut milk, honey. Blend until you get a smooth cream, add the melted dark chocolate and blend again. Then spread evenly over the substrate. Return to the refrigerator to set the cream.
•Topping - jelly•
Juice of 2-3 oranges
2 teaspoons of agar-agar
Heat the orange juice over low heat, then add the agar-agar. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar melts and the juice begins to thicken slightly. Cool briefly, then pour the topping over the cake. Put the cake in the fridge to rest overnight. The cake is ready to serve when all the layers are pressed together and the flavors combine.
