Sladoled ne bira godišnja doba, uvijek je dobrodošao 🫶🏻
Ovo je moja zdravija verzija magnuma s bademima koja će sigurno i vas osvojiti. Idealna poslastica kada poželite nešto slatko i osvježavajuće
Jednostavna i brza priprema. Moguća vegan verzija
Bez glutena, rafiniranih šećera i laktoze 🌿
Da ne duljim, evo recepta za sladoled👇🏼
•Sastojci•
50 grama indijskih oraščića (natopljenih i ocijeđenih)
1/2 konzerve kokosove kreme (samo gusti dio, prethodno rashlađen)
15 grama otopljenog kakao maslaca
1 žlica meda ili javorovog sirupa
Malo ekstrakta vanilije (nije nužno)
~Preljev od čokolade~
•Preostala kokos krema (samo gusti sloj)
•50g tamne čokolade (70-85%)
Zagrijte kokos mlijeko. Sklonite s vatre. Dodajte čokoladu i promiješajte da dobijete čokoladnu kremu.
Priprema
1. Indijske oraščiće natopi u vodi najmanje 30 minuta, zatim ih ocijedi.
2. U blender stavi natopljene oraščiće, gusti dio kokosove kreme, otopljeni kakao maslac, med i ekstrakt vanilije.
3. Blendaj dok smjesa ne postane glatka i kremasta.
4. Smjesu ulij u kalupiće za sladoled.
5. Stavi kalupiće u zamrzivač na nekoliko sati ili preko noći, dok se sladoled potpuno ne stisne.
6.Kada su se ohladili, prelijte ih s čokoladnim preljevom. Pospite sjeckane bademe i još malo ohladite u zamrzivaču da se i čokolada stegne. Zatim uživajte u svom domaćem sladoledu! 😍

Simple and quick preparation. Possible vegan version
Without gluten, refined sugars and lactose 🌿
Without further ado, here is the recipe for ice cream 👇🏼
•Ingredients•
50 grams of cashews (soaked and drained)
1/2 can of coconut cream (only the thick part, pre-chilled)
15 grams of melted cocoa butter
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
A little vanilla extract (optional)
~Chocolate dressing~
•Remaining coconut cream (only thick layer)
• 50g of dark chocolate (70-85%)
Heat the coconut milk. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate and stir to get a chocolate cream.
Preparation
1. Soak the cashew nuts in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain them.
2. Put the soaked nuts, thick part of the coconut cream, melted cocoa butter, honey and vanilla extract into the blender.
3. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds.
5. Put the molds in the freezer for a few hours or overnight, until the ice cream is completely compressed.
6. When they have cooled down, cover them with chocolate topping. Sprinkle the chopped almonds and cool a little more in the freezer to harden the chocolate. Then enjoy your homemade ice cream! 😍
