In this video, I'm going to show you how to make a healthy and simple dhokla recipe without sugar. You don't need to go out and buy a bunch of ingredients. All you need is some besan, curd and spices. You can make it in minutes!

Dhokla’s are made from besan. Besan is a chickpea flour which is easily available in grocery shops. I make these dhoklas with besan and spices which are mixed together and then steamed in a covered pot.
Ingredients:-
Besan - 1 cup
Curd. - 1/3 cup
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Ginger. - 1 inch finely chopped
Green chilli - 2-3 medium sized
Fresh Coriander - 1 sprig chopped
Salt. - to taste
Water. - 1/2 cup
Fruit salt. (ENO) - 5 gram
For Tempering (Tadka)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green chilli - 3 medium size
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Water - 1/3 cup
Grated coconut. - for garnish
