Salt- 1 tsp
Hing- 1/4 tsp
Sugar Powder- 4 tbsp
Citric acid - 1 tsp
Water - 1 Cup +2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Haldi powder, half table teaspoon 
For Tadka water:-
Oil- 1sp
Mustard Seeds- 1tsp
Green Chilli- 2
Curry Leaves- 10
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water- 1 Cup
Lemon juice
