For so many of us, the biggest things stopping us from moving more is time and energy. There are definitely big benefits to doing a daily structured program 30-60 minutes long. But, if like so many, the thought of that stops you from doing anything, try this instead.
Pick one or two movements to do in a mini-movement session. Aim for 1-5 sets and 6-10 reps of each movement. If you're feeling ambitious you can revisit the movement session a few times a day. Start very conservatively. The goal with these sessions is to build the habit of moving more. You can try to do longer sessions when the habit is formed, or not!
