Practice dynamic balance!
This was choreographed as a standing dance as it has a "waltzy" feel to it, and there are many benefits to standing dances, including balance and strengthening the legs. That said, you are welcome to do it seated instead; you do you.
One of the Community Care participants inspired this as she is a HUGE Rod Stewart fan. I love the rolling feel of the music and the lyrics hit me in the heart.
