The HARDEST ARM WORKOUT EVER | Only 30 Minutes (DAY 4 - WEEK 4)
1a) Dumbbell Moore’s Press x 50 Reps (65lbs)
1b) E-Z Curl Bar Extensions x 50 Reps (65lbs)
1c) E-Z Curl Bar Close Grip x 50 Reps (65lbs)
1d) Bodyweight Dips x 50 Reps!!!
***DO ALL OF THESE EXERCISES RIGHT AFTER EACH OTHER WITH MINIMUM REST. DO IT AS FAST AS YOU CAN BUT KEEP YOUR FORM IM CHECK!!!
2) E-Z Curl Bar Advanced Curls(65lbs) 10+3,9+3,8+3,7+3,6+3,5+3,4+3,3+3,2+3,1+3 (Choose a challenging weight for you to get 10 reps, after 10 reps hold the weight half way up for 3 seconds, now do 9 reps and then hold the weight half way up for 3 seconds. Do this all the way to 1 rep + 3 second hold.
3) Advanced DB Hammer Curls(30lbs) 5/5/5,4/4/4,3/3/3,2/2/2,1/1/ (Perform 5 reps with one arm while the other arm other arm up is half way up holding the weight, now switch arms and curl 5 reps and hold the other arm half way up, now do 5 reps together. After that, now do the same thing with 4 reps, then 3,2,1
