Welcome to Day 7 of our 30-Day Mindful Kids Challenge! 🧘♂️✨
Today’s activity is the Flamingo Balance Pose(Tree pose) a fun and playful way for kids (ages 3+) to practice balance, focus, and body awareness—all while pretending to be a flamingo!
What Kids Will Gain Today:
🦩 Improve balance and coordination
🐾 Strengthen legs and core muscles
🌬️ Learn calm focus through steady breathing
How to Do It (2 Simple Steps):
1️⃣ Stand tall like a flamingo, lift one leg, and balance on the other
2️⃣ Stretch your arms out like wings and take 3 slow breaths
(Repeat on the other leg!)

Daily Practice Tip:
