Описание: In this edition of Daditude BBQ and More, I am making the American classic, pulled pork. I used a PitBoss Pro Series 1600 smoker set to 250 degrees throughout the cook, and cooked to an overall internal temperature of 203. I wrapped the pork shoulder when the temperature hit 165 degrees internal. The simple ingredients today were a 5.5 pound pork shoulder/pork butt, yellow mustard and my Daditude seasoning.
