How Does Advance Concrete Use a Robot for Welding

Описание: Advance Concrete is a Madison based concrete forms company that has added a ZA6 to help increase their manufacturing efficiency. Instead of using a costly robot integrator, Advance Concrete was able to program their ZA6 through the PathPilot interface for the creation of this 1 x 1 component. Experienced welders don't want these monotonous jobs. The ZA6, with a custom welding jig they made, makes it relatively easy to weld the tens of thousands of parts they need each year. This first project was relatively simple, but they gained the confidence for more complex projects down the line, and may even add other robots to use for manufacturing.
