Abandonment is the avoidant's love language and there's good reason for that. It's because those individuals with avoidant attachment style never got the opportunity to develop a working and healthy attachment system.

They developed the opposite of a secure attachment - they found a sense f safety in turning their attachment system OFF.

And in turning their attachment system off, people with avoidant attachment style will always emotionally abandon you. It is to be expected.

Sometimes they will also physically or financially abandon you, because that's what they learned to deal with, and in turn, that's what they expect you to deal with as well.

To be clear, we are not referring to fearful avoidant's in this video, because they are largely anxious. Although fearful avoidants can exhibit this love language as well, it is the pure avoidants and the dismissive avoidants of the world that will treat abandonment as their maladaptive sense of "normal" and "safe".
