🏋️♀️ 💪 🏋️♂️ STRENGTH TRAINING vs CARDIO, Apartment Friendly Workout. Today I have a FULL BODY HYBRID dumbbell workout to strengthen, tone and burn fat. This is a TOTAL body exercise program.
🏋️♀️ 💪 🏋️♂️ This will be a mix of cardiovascular and UPPER body, LOWE body, CORE and CARDIO exercises to increase core strength as well as improve overall, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.
You will get sweaty with this one! I will be using dumbbells so be sure you have your equipment handy. (Water bottles and cans of beans can work just fine).
This workout is perfect for beginners, seniors or anyone. Get ready to sweat, smile, and strengthen your way to a healthier, happier you! Who says fitness can't be fun?
