Ingredients:
200g lean meat
Spring onions, to taste
Coriander to taste
1 Can of mushrooms
Minced garlic, to taste
Julienned ginger, to cooking
Recipe - Cooking Seasoning:1
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
half tbsp oyster sauce
pepper, to taste
150ml water
(Add all the seasoning into the pan while cooking")
2: Marinade for Meat:
1tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
pepper,to taste
(Mix all the ingredients into the marinated meat")
