Relative energy deficiency in sport (or RED-S) is a topic that more of us are becoming aware of, as it is being steadily discussed more within the climbing community as of late. It's also a topic that Lattice coach, nutritionist and climber Mina Leslie-Wujastyk is quite close with - having previously been diagnosed with RED-S.
In this latest video, Lattice coach and climber Maddy Cope is joined by Mina as they delve deeper into this subject, from a research and training perspective as well as their personal experiences in this area.
