Preheat oven to 150°C for 15 mins

Yield : 160 pcs

\\ Ingredients (Bahan-Bahan)

250g butter (mentega)
100g icing sugar (gula ising)
40g castor sugar (gula kastor)
1 egg yolk (telor kuning)
5drops greed colour paste (5 titik pes warna hijau)
1/4tsp pistachio essence (esen kacang pistachio)
300g plain flour (tepung gandum)
30g corn flour (tepung jagung)
35g tapioca flour (tepung ubi kayu)
30g milk powder (susu tepung)
35g crushed pistachio (kacang pistachio yang dikisar agak halus sedikit – lihat video)
80g melted dark chocolate compound (coklat gelap yang dicairkan)
30g melted white chocolate compound (coklat putih yang dicairkan)
120g pistachio chopped coarsely (kacang pistachio dipotong kasar2)
