Even though the traditional ‘Phad Phong curry’ recipe is cooked with crab as in this video, this coconutty sauce with a vibrant turmeric touch is versatile and could perfectly compliment a chicken, fish or tofu stir-fry. It is also an amazing seasoning for your wok vegetables and noodles.
