I've got 5 reasons why you should have a forest management plan, although one or two reasons are enough for most of us. If you own a woodlot, it's a responsibility to do the right things to protect the forest and wildlife.
For me, the main reason to become self-sufficient and and self-reliant, was living in a forest, and enjoying the tranquility and health benefits it offers.
