Let our dietitian, Jolyn, show you how to create one of the favourite South East Asian local delight!
Step by Step Guide:
1. Blend lemon grass, ginger flower, shallot and belacan until smooth and add into pot with water to boil.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients for soup into the pot and simmer for 30 mins, remove laksa leaves.
3. Add sardines into soup and turn down fire.
4. In a bowl, place blanched bee hoon and pour laksa soup over.
5. Serve with 1 tsp of prawn paste per serving and garnishing.
