My viral series from TikTok and Instagram has come to YouTube. I will be showing you guys in depth videos/recipes and giving these chopped sandwiches a score out of 10! Let's see which country gets crowned as our winner!
New Zealand:
Roasted lamb, roast potatoes, meat pie and some greens to finish it off! SO GOOD!
Ingredients:
2 Lamb shanks
1 Onion
1 Garlic Bulb
3-4 Carrots
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive Oil
Rosemary
400ml Beef Stock
Potatoes:
500g Maris Piper Potatoes
2 TBSP Corn Starch
50ml Olive Oil
Goose Fat & Beef Dripping (100g)
Any form of greens to give it some colour
Meat Pie (store bought - sorry!)
Baguette.
