Pelvic Tilts: these will be a staple in beginning to waken up, activate & strengthen your deep core
Hip Rolls: combine your pelvic tilt into these, and don’t worry if you don’t feel anything, those deep core muscles are working!
Standing Rotations: a favorite movement here at #KUF. Rotation allows the fascia in your deep core to strengthen through gentle activation.
