Follow along to this shoulder routine that I teach weekly to a dedicated group of active older adults, most of whom are older than 70! Let's face it, after a certain age and stage in life our shoulders remind us of the wear and tear they have lived through. This routine is a safe and effective approach to strengthening and conditioning your shoulder muscles for the activities of daily living.
Safety reminder: if it hurts don't do it, listen to your body, approach anything new with caution, modify movements when possible and know your limits!
