Описание: In this tutorial, a detail information is provided regarding the implementation and operation of digital logic gates like NOT Gate, NAND Gate and NOR Gate. The logic symbols and the truth table are provided for all three logic gates which will give understanding of the operation and logic output of the gate based upon the input logic signals. Switch level implementation of all the three logic gates are also analyze with different input logic combinations. At the end it is discussed how to replace the switches with real devices like NPN and PNP BJTs and PMOSFET and NMOSFET. Also, it is discussed how to improve the performance of these logic gates in terms of power dissipation which CMOS implementation.
