Boomtown Vlog 2025: Working with MyCause UK

Another amazing year, different from last, but nonetheless incomparable.

This year I worked on the Media Team for MyCause UK, and camped with my friends who volunteered. It was such an amazing experience which I learnt a lot from, and the festival itself never fails to be good fun.
Although I enjoyed the festival THOROUGHLY, I do feel like this vlog lacks in humour, and more shows what we got up to. I did feel quite disconnected from my mates working in media, so this vlog is very different to last years. However, I'm going to give myself some credit as I have BEEN THROUGH IT this year, and I still managed to make a pretty decent vlog considering what was on my mind.
(Hopefully next year we will attempt the storyline lol!)

Basically showcasing my favourite sets of this year (mainly drum n bass), Dimension, K-Motionz, Born On Road, Fat Dog, Nia Archives, Mandidexturous & Serum. (With some fun moments in between)

MyCause UK are an amazing organisation who allow you to volunteer and donate to any charity of your choice. You have to pay a £250 deposit for a week long festival like Boomtown, which allows you to volunteer for a free ticket for a variety of festivals they offer.
It really is so much more than just work and a good time, the people you meet, the different festival cultures, the confidence and overall experience.
