Jo's Story: A Bipolar Documentary

Описание: Jo's Story is a project I have been working on for my Final Major Project in university. This is a documentary which is very close to my heart, about my wonderful best friend Jo.
I want to share with you how important it is to look out for your loved ones who may be struggling with their mental health, as it has been a journey for all of us understanding how Jo's mind can work differently.

In this film, you can see the different perceptions of Jo from her loved ones, to how she is and feels in her own reality. Jo is coming to a brand new stage of life of young adulthood, where she is having to figure out a lot of stuff for herself.
To adjust, she has been challenging herself to many new coping mechanisms, to find what works best for her going forward.

I've really enjoyed creating this project (most of the time), because it is so real for her. During this documentary I feel she has figured out a lot.

It has been quite a challenging journey for both of us even creating this, so I want to say a big thankyou to Jo herself for being vulnerable and opening up publicly to allow me to create such an amazing project.
