This is a simple technique to start feeling energy. Everything is energy. We have a magnetic field around us called the aura, we also have 7 main energy centers in our bodies (the chakras). Start tapping into this subtle energy & give this technique a go!

1. Become present in the here and now (essential)

2. Rub your hands together to start the energy flow

3. Bring your hands in front of you as if you were holding a small ball

4. Visualise a ball of light between your hands

5. Move your hands slowly closer together & further apart to feel the energy.

6. Focus all attention on your palms and feel the sensations.

You might feel warmth, cool, or tingles in your hands, just notice what you notice. Give yourself more time on step 5 & 6 to practice. Sometimes it just takes a couple more minutes! Don’t doubt you can do it, it is the most natural thing. We’re just not always used to feeling it, that is all.
